The thirteenth hole is a par 5 that measures 466 yds. from the blue tees. This is the first of the three holes known as the "Devil's Triangle" or the "hardest three holes in golf." The smart play from the tee is a mid iron placed 185-200 yds. along the right side of the fairway. Water comes into play thre different times on this hole. Your second shot is a short iron to a landing area protected by water. The third shot is difficult to judge because it is elevated and severly slopes from left to right. Play plenty of break when you are on this green. Speed is everything. Par is a great score.
Caution:
- Water on left of tee (about 235 yds to carry)
- Second water about 230 yds. in the middle.
- Third water is about 110 yds. from the green
- Tricky green slopes from left to right and is
- The green is
deeper than it looks from the fairway
